Little Gratitude data deletion
Little Gratitude: Journal is operated by Elite Experience SRL. You can request deletion of your journal and anonymous community data in the app or by contacting littlegratitude@ericcosulea.ro. There is no email/password account. Do not send us your access credential, Google or Apple password, or private journal content.
Delete in the app
Open Settings > Delete all data and confirm. The app removes its anonymous community identity and associated posts, photos, private messages, legacy comments, reactions, blocks, reports and moderation records, and clears local journal/profile data. If iCloud or Google Drive sync has been used, keep the original cloud account connected until the cloud deletion finishes. If interrupted, reopen the app and retry. The app also submits deletion of the installation analytics identity and events; this is processed asynchronously and retried when needed.
Request deletion without the app
Email littlegratitude@ericcosulea.ro with the subject Little Gratitude data deletion. Tell us whether you used iOS or Android and identify the public content or purchase-related data you want removed. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the data. Do not include private journal content or access credentials. Private journal files are held on your device and, if enabled, your own cloud account; we cannot read or remotely erase those files. Losing the local anonymous credential may prevent us from verifying ownership of a community identity. We will explain any such limitation and the available deletion steps.
What may remain
Minimal deletion markers prevent older device copies from restoring deleted entries. Cloudflare database recovery copies may retain deleted records for up to 7 days on our current plan. Apple and Google may retain cloud recovery copies under their policies. Exported backups and copies saved by other people are outside the in-app deletion. Purchase records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat are not automatically deleted; contact us about records we control. Support and legally required records may be retained while necessary for the request or applicable obligations.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting data or uninstalling the app does not cancel Pro. Manage iOS subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions and Android subscriptions at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
